Ingredients
1 ½ lb brie wheel
1 sheet puff pastry
4 berry fruit spread
1 large red apple
1 medium red apple
1 green pear
1 red plum
2 clementine oranges
1 - 2 oz raw unfiltered honey
Carr water crackers
3 heart shaped cookies
chocolate and nut trail mix

Directions
Step 1
Cut the top off the brie wheel and cut a hear shape in the top rind. Add 2 tbsp of the fruit spread to the top of the brie then add the rind back on top. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until the brie gets a little melty and the fruit spread looks like blood.
Step 2
Roll out the puff pastry dough and taking the paring knife or large heart shaped cookie cutter and create a heart shape. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until crispy and browned.
Step 3
Spread 2-3 tablespoons of the fruit spread on top of the heart. Place it on your board along with the baked brie.
Step 4
Cut your apples into hearts -> cut two halves out of your apple by cutting around the core to create two flat halves. Lay one down flat and slice it from top to bottom as thin as you can. Push the slices up from the bottom to create a heart shape. (you will not push up the center slice). Place the hearts on your board.
Step 5
Cut your pear in the same manner as the apples and place on your board.
Step 6
Place the rest of the ingredients on the board. Poke a knife into the puff pastry heart before serving.
